Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Cupia. We are committed to delivering your "Confidence in Every Curve" directly to your door. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Each order is delivered within 7 to 15 business days (depending on destination).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or global logistics issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website through the "Track Your Order" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cupia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@cupia.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damaged item for faster processing.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.

7. International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. However, delivery times may vary significantly depending on the local postal service and customs regulations of your country.
